As one of the company's earliest team members, you'll play a key role in helping expand its network of hospital and healthcare facility partnerships across the United States. This isn't a role where every task is handed to you—you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape outreach strategies, and make a measurable impact on the company's growth.
What you'll be doing
Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to U.S. hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Build relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
Introduce the company's healthcare staffing and direct-hire recruitment services.
Schedule partnership meetings and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
Work closely with the Founder during weekly strategy sessions.
Compensation
The role includes a 90-day paid training and probation period at USD $200/month.
Upon successful completion, compensation moves to a performance-based structure ranging from USD $500 to $2,000+ per month, combining a base payment with incentives tied to results. There is significant earning potential for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving business growth.
